Clarity is what we stand for, so we imagine it is better the client knows the conditions of our services, before contacting us.

Before we accept an assignment for advisory services in the field of soil remediation, or groundwater investigation, we have to review the problem and need as much relevant information as possible. Based on the data sent to us, either by electronic or regular mail, we make a preliminary assessment of the situation. If this can be done in one working day, we won't charge the client. If more time is needed, e.g. in case of complicated and large problems, we present to the client a summarized work plan with a time and cost estimate of our services.

Most work plans include an additional site visit to properly assess the situation. In Europe two days is common practice. For consultancies outside of Europe three to four days is usual.

Our^* tariffs, reimbursements and additional terms for 2007 are listed below:

Consulting fee: Day rate depending on duration and location assignment

Aire fare: Europe: economy class, intercontinental: business class

Accomodation: Minimum *** Hotel
+ costs of food & beverages

Local travel: Current car rental or taxi costs, if local transport is not provided by the client

Payment: 50% of agreed cost by wire transfer upon signing of the contract, the remaining 50% plus cost of travel and lodging and other out of pocket cost within 2 weeks after final report

Note: We are working with the American Express Platinum Travel Service, which means that we make use of their special price arrangements with hotels, airlines and car rental companies all over the world.

* Terms and conditions of our partners can be given on request. In case we act as intermediate for one of our partners, we charge a management fee of 10%
